ABOUT
Created in Jonesboro, Ark., Dear Pilates is designed to be an inclusive, welcoming space for movement, community and friendship. This studio is more than a place to practice Pilates. Dear Pilates is a love letter to your mind, body and soul. At Dear Pilates, we offer thoughtfully designed classes that blend classical Pilates, contemporary movement, and strength training across the mat, reformer, Pilates chair, tower, and high-intensity interval formats so you can move with confidence, build strength, and discover what feels best in your body.
Our philosophy
At Dear Pilates, we believe every movement tells a story, and every body deserves the time and space to write its own. Our classes are thoughtfully designed as a journey rather than a destination, inviting each member to begin with the foundations by learning the language of movement, the rhythm of breath, and the confidence to move with intention.
As understanding deepens, so does the practice. Each progression is carefully woven to honor both curiosity and capability, allowing strength, control, and resilience to unfold naturally over time. We believe mastery is not measured by how quickly you advance, but by how deeply you connect with your body along the way.
This intentional pathway creates more than safe movement — it cultivates trust, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with Pilates, one meaningful chapter at a time.
